Ignatius is Group Chief Executive of ICM Group which has interests in real estate, construction (incl. interior design), equities, farming and consultancy under the umbrella of ICM Holdings Limited. ICM Holdings is a family-owned investment company whose wholly owned subsidiaries include ICM Properties, PlanetHome, ICM Equities and ICM Consulting.

As a Director of ICM Properties, he spearheads the development and management of Gated Communities. He also provides strategic direction on the operations of PlanetHome Innovations, an interior design studio supported by a factory of manufacturing facilities. At ICM Equities, Ignatius strategically manages a diverse portfolio of equity holdings, which include companies such as Zanaco PLC, Zambeef PLC, Copperbelt Energy Corporation PLC, Zambia Sugar PLC, and Chilanga Cement PLC. Additionally, he steers ICM Consulting, a firm specializing in capital raising and management consulting.

Apart from his accounting expertise, Ignatius is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds accreditation as an Insolvency Practitioner. He is also pursuing additional training in capital markets and investment advisory.

Ignatius also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kalundu Conference Centre and is a Member of the Board of Directors of Finsbury Reinsurance.

Ignatius started his career as an intern at the Zambian member firm of Grant Thornton International in 2001 where he rose to the position of Manager before joining the Finsbury Investments (Mahtani Group of Companies) as Executive Assistant (Corporate Finance & Investments) to the Group Executive Chairman from 2009 to 2013.
