Ignatius was only 31years when he retired from employment and turned his focus to ICM Holdings in 2013. Armed with the knowledge, expertise and understanding of opportunities that existed he decided to turn what had been a family office into a proprietary investment holdings company designed to generate an impact on other strategic sectors of the economy.

Working with a small, dedicated team, he set out to leverage his knowledge and expertise in business management, capital raising & allocation plus turnarounds. Together, the team identified attractive economic sectors, based on commercial viability and the impact each would have on economic development.

Today, ICM Holdings operates or has equity stakes in businesses in real estate, construction, agriculture, financial services and energy sectors.
